87 Marsden Street is a commercial property in the bustling heart of Parramatta.
We were tasked with providing a colour upgrade for the exterior building facade.
The clients specific request was to ensure that the building truly stand out amongst its neighbouring structures, all of which were a dull shade of grey.
Our approach involved accentuating the unique angles of the building, that catch and reflect a blue-purple hue from the sunlight off each glass panel.
To maintain a sense of fluidity and cohesion, we seamlessly integrated the blue-purple shade onto the concrete framework that surrounds the buildings corner facade.
The oversized building number 87 in metallic silver and the curved awning with supporting framework in all white creates an impactful point of entry for visitors.
The juxtaposition of the glossy blue-purple windows, which reflect light, against the matte concrete framework, which absorbs light, adds depth and character to the building. It now stands as a proud and distinctive feature int eh local area.
